Touch for Health Kinesiology 1-4
Touch for Health Kinesiology is a 4 part program and forms the Entry level into the Professional Kinesiology Program. It’s aimed at anyone interested in learning about kinesiology and discovering the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Students will learn techniques that will enable them to identify energetic blockages and stress triggers as well as give them ways to assist with stress relief, pain management and mental focus.
Each of the 4 modules builds on the previous and will lead students through a learning experience that gives insight into their body’s anatomy and energetic pathways. Students will be exposed to the concept of muscle monitoring and based on philosophies of Traditional Chinese Acupressure and Chiropractic Reflex points, they’ll be able to correct imbalances in the body’s energetic systems.
Students will be able to work on themselves or with family and friends to identify energetic blockages that may be causing stress and pain which could possibly be inhibiting their potential. By correcting the energetic blockages, students will find it much easier to maintain their health and wellbeing.
Usually taught over four weekends, each module is 16 hours and may be completed one module at a time or as an intensive program
Touch for Health 1-4 (Synthesis) is now the basis of many professional programmes in Kinesiology.
